I'v made five purchases from Genuine People over the past year and time and again was very impressed by the quality, style, and level of customer service.
My last purchase was a bit frustrating since I purchased a pre order item that was kept being pushed back in production, so instead of waiting 14 days for my item to ship I had to wait about a month. Once ready to ship Genuine People upgraded my order to overnight shipping, which was super thoughtful. I finally received my purchase and it was well worth the wait! The quality is fantastic, size and fit is exactly as described. I've been wearing my leggings to work, yoga and on the weekends, so versatile! Thanks Genuine People I look forward to shopping with you again!

I purchased a tan coat after Christmas. The quality is great and it goes really well with almost any outfit. Very satisfied with the purchase and not to mention their customer service! Every staff that I connected was very nice and I would definitely do more shopping with them. Highly recommended!

Love loved my new Christmas coat! It's so comfy but super stylish. Love the versatility of it! It can be layered with so many colors and really brings the outfit together. This is hands down one of the best online stores I've shopped at recently. Can't say enough about their customer service I was looking for a sweater that would fit a tall girl and Lucy from customer service took her time and helped me find the perfect gray turtleneck. I was so happy with my experience with Genuine People. I have been looking for a wool coat for awhile now and I found so many great options on their site. They were very patient with me as I was indecisive at first but I landed on a beautiful coat and I get compliments on it wherever I go. I really appreciate their customer service and personal touch, I look forward to buying another item soon!

I have been waiting for my package for more than 15 days, and I still haven't received it. I tried to contact customer service, and only get an automated message without any solutions or information provided. Definitely the worst customer service and shipping service ever!

Their sizes can vary but their support team was so helpful they put my mind at ease. Great quality and super unique items. I can't wait to shop again.

I bought a sweater from Genuine People (GP) last month and wasn't too sure what size would work best for me. Fortunately, GP is one of the only online clothing brands I have found on Instagram that has an actual telephone customer service line. I gave them a call and they helped me decide on what size would work best for myself! It fits wonderfully thanks to their help and input!
